DGT 服务条款 / Terms of Service

Important: Read these terms before using DGT. Digital assets, presales, and blockchain transactions involve price, technical, regulatory, and liquidity risks, including the risk of total loss.
1. 接受条款 / Acceptance
访问或使用 DGT 平台、连接钱包、签名登录或提交认购订单，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款及隐私政策。如果你不同意，请勿使用平台。
By accessing or using DGT, connecting a wallet, signing in, or submitting a purchase order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. 资格与合规 / Eligibility and Compliance
你必须具备签订本协议的法律能力，并自行确认所在地法律允许使用相关数字资产和预售功能。不得在受制裁、受限制或违法的情况下使用平台，也不得代表不具备资格的第三方操作。
You must have legal capacity and independently confirm that applicable law permits your use of digital-asset and presale features. You may not use the platform where sanctioned, restricted, or unlawful, or act for an ineligible third party.
3. 钱包与账户安全 / Wallet and Account Security
你对钱包、私钥、助记词、设备和签名操作承担责任。DGT 不会要求助记词或私钥。钱包签名用于验证公开地址的控制权，不代表 DGT 可以控制你的钱包。发现未经授权的使用时，应立即停止操作并通过平台支持渠道报告。
You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, devices, and signatures. DGT will never request a seed phrase or private key. Wallet signatures verify control of a public address and do not give DGT control over your wallet.
4. 预售、付款与最终性 / Presale, Payment, and Finality
订单以平台显示的档位、折扣、库存和支付条件为准。用户必须核对网络、合约、代币、金额和收款信息。链上交易提交后通常不可撤销；只有在监听器完成确认、合约付款符合规则且系统成功结算后，订单才视为已确认。重复、错误、少付、超时或不兼容的交易可能需要人工复核，且不保证能够追回。
Orders are governed by the displayed tier, discount, inventory, and payment conditions. Users must verify the network, contract, token, amount, and recipient. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. An order is confirmed only after listener confirmation, rule validation, and successful settlement.
5. 权益、释放与奖励 / Entitlements, Release, and Rewards
预售期内的平台锁定权益与钱包实际持币分开记录，不应混同。释放、领取、推荐等级、奖励资格和提现状态以平台当时公布的规则及可审计记录为准。除非正式标记为已支付，待处理或待复核记录不构成已完成发放。
Platform-locked presale entitlements are separate from actual wallet holdings. Release, claim, referral rank, reward eligibility, and withdrawal status follow the published rules and auditable records. Pending or review states are not completed payouts unless formally marked paid.
6. 风险与非建议声明 / Risk and No-Advice Notice
DGT 不提供投资、法律、税务或财务建议，不保证价格、收益、上市、流动性、监管结果、持续可用性或任何回报。用户应独立评估并在需要时咨询专业人士，只使用能够承受全部损失的资金。
DGT does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and does not guarantee price, returns, listing, liquidity, regulatory outcomes, continuous availability, or any profit. Users should perform independent assessment and use only funds they can afford to lose entirely.
7. 禁止行为 / Prohibited Conduct
不得攻击、绕过安全控制、干扰监听器或结算、伪造订单或身份、进行欺诈、洗钱、自荐或循环推荐、操纵奖励、滥用接口、传播恶意代码，或侵犯第三方权利。DGT 可限制、暂停或调查涉嫌违规的账户和操作。
You may not attack or bypass security controls, disrupt listener or settlement functions, falsify orders or identity, commit fraud or money laundering, manipulate referrals or rewards, abuse interfaces, distribute malicious code, or violate third-party rights.
8. 可用性与责任限制 / Availability and Limitation
平台按“现状”和“可用”基础提供，可能因维护、链拥堵、RPC 故障、第三方服务或不可抗力而暂停。在法律允许的最大范围内，DGT 不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失，以及因用户钱包、错误地址、第三方协议或公共区块链造成的损失承担责任。
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” and may be interrupted by maintenance, chain congestion, RPC failures, third-party services, or force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
9. 变更、终止与联系 / Changes, Termination, and Contact
DGT 可为安全、合规或产品需要更新本条款，并在本页标明生效日期。继续使用即表示接受更新。问题可通过平台公布的支持渠道或 OAuth 权限请求页面显示的支持联系方式提出。
DGT may update these Terms for security, compliance, or product reasons and will show the effective date here. Continued use indicates acceptance. Questions may be submitted through support channels published by DGT or the support contact displayed on the OAuth consent screen.
